4. 13-9 Susan Laires – 30 Browns Lane – Installation of a propane tank.
5. 13-13 Luis & Alicia Castanho – 52 Gorton Avenue – Tear down existing
single family dwelling and rebuild including septic system within the
regulated area.
6. 13-14 - Greg Faucher – 97 Sill Lane – Construction of a new 3 bedroom
home with attached garage and associated improvements including
driveway/septic system and well.
7. 13-15 Ronald Richardell – 8 Short Hills Road – Relocate driveway
OLD BUSINESS
8. 13- 7 Matt & Tara Ward – 23 Cross Lane – Install a 27’ round pool with a 14 x 18 deck, extend existing patio with walkway to deck stairs and driveway.
9. 13-10 Stanley Kolber & Christina Clayton – 25 Talcott Farm Road –
Removal caused by storm damage consisting of downed and broken trees.
10. 13-11 Thomas A. Muckle – 15 Ledgewood Drive – Repair an existing
retaining wall.
